This stunning clutch features the stunning work of Australian indigenous artist Gordon Lansden Millyindirri. Due to the nature of the fabric (a print of the the whole artwork - not a repeat pattern as seen in pics ) this baby is a one off. Each clutch from this fabric will truely be unique!
A little about the artist ...
Gordon Lansden Milyindirri was an elder of the Gudanji tribe in Borroloola in the Gulf of Carpentaria, Northern Territory.
“My Dreaming is saltwater crocodile. The rainbow serpent and kangaroo too.I belong to the Brumurriya Land group. My skin name is Greenagoo.
I paint my billabong story, the rough hills at the lost city, the bush country and the desert country. “
The clutch is lined with a coordinating cotton fabric.
The clutch has several different layers of interfacing for shape, strength and durability.
All Sybella pieces are lovingly handmade in Belinda's studio using only high quality materials. Due to the handmade nature, no two are exactly the same - essentially giving you a one off piece. All clutches are produced in limited numbers.
