What is your exchange policy for online purchases?

We really want you to be happy with your purchase.

Please do take the utmost care when completing your order. We do not offer exchange on giftware or magazines I'm afraid! 

If you have ordered the incorrect size in Anorak T-shirts please email us within SEVEN days of receiving the item to arrange an exchange.

NOTE: you will need to return the item by post within 7 days of contacting us – with swing tags still attached (by us) and garment unworn and include a self addressed return envelope at your own expense. We do suggest that you use a trackable shipping. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we don't want to see you lose your goods! Note that your confirmation of purchase EMAIL is your RECEIPT. We don't send receipts in the package.

Of course if we've sent you the wrong item (i.e. not what you've ordered) postage costs will be covered by us. We are only human!

To return your product, once arranged by email, you should mail your product to:

ALSO NOTE: There may be a delay in sending the new size if it isn’t currently available as Sean would need to print it.

We’ll keep you in the loop in that situation of course!

We are a tiny business and take the utmost care in ensuring that we send you an item in perfect condition every time. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product(s) please email us within SEVEN days of receiving the item.

NOTE: We will refund for manufacturing fault only - general wear and tear/change of mind is not a valid reason for a refund.
