Exchange Policy:
We really want you to be happy with your purchase.
Please do take the utmost care when completing your order.
If you have ordered the incorrect size T-shirt please email us within SEVEN days of receiving the item to arrange an exchange. Please send us an email at blackbirdcorner@yahoo.com.au before returning the item so we know it's coming and also so we can ensure we have a replacement in the correct size ready to send back to you. If the replacement isn't in stock there may be a delay as Sean will need to print one!
Once that's arranged, please send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and sending a self addressed envelope so we can post you the replacement. NOTE: you will need to return the item in a timely manner – within seven days - with swing tags still attached (by us) and garment unworn (so that it can be sold to someone else).
Depending on where you live, and the availability of a replacement item, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We'll keep you in the loop though so you know what's going on!
NOTE: If you are shipping an item to us for exchange, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. And that is out of our control of course! We'd hate that to happen to you and can't be held responsible for that.

We are a tiny business and we take the utmost care in ensuring that we send you an item in perfect condition every time. In the extremely unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product(s) please email us within SEVEN days of receiving the item.
NOTE: We will refund for manufacturing fault only - general wear and tear/change of mind is not a valid reason for a refund.
